2. Communications-channel rules
2.1 SMS via MSG91 and TRAI DLT
Transactional and promotional SMS sent through the platform must be on registered DLT templates and comply with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018. Tenants sending promotional content must capture and retain explicit opt-in records; recipients must be honoured on the National Customer Preference Register (DND).
2.2 WhatsApp Business
All WhatsApp messages must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Templates must be approved before use; 24-hour conversation windows and opt-in requirements must be respected. Reuse of phone numbers across unrelated businesses is prohibited.
2.3 Telegram
Bots must comply with the Telegram Bot terms and applicable anti-spam rules. Mass messaging without user-initiated contact is prohibited.
2.4 Email
Outbound email sent through the platform must include accurate sender identification, a working unsubscribe link, and physical mailing address where required (e.g. for US recipients under CAN-SPAM).
3. Tenant responsibility for End-Customers
As the data controller of your End-Customer data, you are responsible for ensuring all communications, payments and data processing carried out through your Workspace comply with applicable law. You will provide your End-Customers with your own privacy notice, terms of sale and refund policy.
4. Reporting abuse
To report misuse of the platform, suspected fraud, content that infringes your rights, or a security issue, email abuse@vizible.in. Include URLs, timestamps, screenshots and any other context that helps us investigate. For copyright takedowns, include the information required by the Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and (where applicable) the U.S. DMCA.
5. Enforcement
We may, in our reasonable discretion and depending on severity:
- Issue a warning and require remedial action.
- Throttle or restrict specific features (e.g. outbound messaging) pending investigation.
- Suspend the offending Tenant User or the entire Workspace.
- Terminate the account, with retention of records as required by law.
- Cooperate with law-enforcement and regulators where required.
Suspensions intended to protect the platform or third parties may be effected without prior notice. We will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy where it is safe and lawful to do so.
6. Vulnerability disclosure
Security researchers are welcome. Please email security@vizible.in with a proof-of-concept and stop testing as soon as a vulnerability is confirmed. Do not access data that is not your own, do not exfiltrate data, and do not test against production accounts of other Tenants. We will acknowledge reports within 72 hours and will not pursue legal action against good-faith research conducted in compliance with this paragraph.
