Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for platform subscriptions and end-customer payments.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for two distinct scenarios: (i) the platform fees you pay FYNBIT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("FYNBIT") for using the Vizible platform; and (ii) end-customer purchases that are processed through Tenants on the platform. Different rules apply.
1. Platform fees: FYNBIT → Tenants
1.1 Free plan
The FREE plan is provided at no cost. Because no fees are charged, no refunds are payable. You may stop using the FREE plan at any time.
1.2 Free trial / try-before-you-pay window
New paid subscriptions include a 7-day "try-before-you-pay" window. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment on a new account, we will refund the amount in full to the original payment method.
1.3 Monthly subscriptions
After the 7-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you will not be charged again.
1.4 Annual subscriptions
For annual plans, if you cancel after the try-before-you-pay window we will refund the unused portion of the annual fee on a pro-rata basis, calculated by complete unused months from the date cancellation is requested. Discounts and credits applied at purchase will be deducted before refund.
1.5 Add-ons & usage
One-time add-on purchases (e.g. data top-ups, additional seats prorated to renewal, AI credits) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, unconsumed credits in your wallet may be refunded on request within ninety (90) days of purchase.
1.6 Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take additional time to credit the refund to your statement.
1.7 How to request a refund
Email support@vizible.in from the email address registered on your Workspace, or raise a request from the in-product billing area. Include your Workspace slug, invoice number and the reason for the refund.
1.8 Exceptions
Refunds may be denied where (a) the request is made after the applicable window, (b) you breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, (c) the account has been suspended or terminated for cause, or (d) the refund would conflict with a court order or government direction.
2. End-customer purchases through Tenants
When an End-Customer pays a Tenant through the platform (via a checkout, landing-page funnel or invoice), the contract for the underlying goods or services is between the End-Customer and the Tenant — not FYNBIT. The Tenant's own refund, return and cancellation terms apply.
- FYNBIT routes the payment through licensed payment aggregators including Razorpay and the Fynbit Wallet.
- Refunds, when approved by the Tenant, are issued through the same gateway and credited to the original payment method.
- Where the gateway permits, manual refund methods (UPI, NEFT, cheque) may be used; this is recorded against the order.
- Typical settlement to the End-Customer: 5–10 business days after refund initiation.
End-Customers should raise refund requests with the Tenant from whom they purchased. If a Tenant fails to honour a valid refund request, you may report the matter to abuse@vizible.in; we will investigate and may suspend the Tenant's ability to take new payments where appropriate.
3. Chargebacks
Disputed transactions and chargebacks initiated through banks or card networks are handled in accordance with the relevant gateway's rules. Tenants are responsible for chargeback fees and adverse rulings on their orders. Tenants with excessive chargeback ratios may be suspended pending review.
4. Compliance note
FYNBIT is not a Payment Aggregator. Card-on-file, payment authorisation and settlement are performed by licensed Payment Aggregators (currently Razorpay) under their own RBI authorisation. We do not store payment credentials. Where Indian Reserve Bank guidelines apply to refunds (including the Storage of Card-on-File Data Directions, 2021 and the Payment Aggregator framework), the gateway's own refund timelines and rules govern.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits the statutory rights of consumers in their place of residence (including, for EU/EEA/UK consumers, statutory withdrawal rights and, for India, rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
