Sub-Processors
Third parties we engage to process personal data.
We engage a small number of trusted vendors to process personal data on our behalf when delivering the platform. They are bound by written contracts that include confidentiality, security, processing-purpose limits, sub-processor controls, audit cooperation and breach-notification obligations consistent with our Tenant agreements and applicable law.

2. Selection & oversight
- Vendors are reviewed for security posture, certifications and data-protection commitments before engagement.
- Each sub-processor is bound by a contract that incorporates Article 28 GDPR controller–processor terms or equivalent.
- Where sub-processors are located outside India, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA or other approved transfer mechanisms.
- We maintain technical safeguards (encryption, scoped credentials, network controls) as a defence-in-depth on top of contractual terms.
3. Notice of new sub-processors
We will provide notice of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Tenants may object on reasonable grounds; if we cannot accommodate the objection we will work with the Tenant in good faith to find an alternative or terminate affected services.
To subscribe to update notifications, email privacy@vizible.in.
4. Optional / on-demand sub-processors
Some integrations are activated only when a Tenant configures them — for example, a custom Razorpay or Mailjet account, or the Telegram bot for a specific channel. These do not appear on the list above; they are governed directly by the Tenant's contract with that provider, with FYNBIT acting only as a conduit.
